There’s lots happening at the Hub over Spring Half Term!

Become a Forensic Scientist!

Budding detectives can help solve a mystery at Bournville Community Hub on Saturday February 13, from 2-4pm. Working with a real forensic scientist, you will be gathering evidence and looking for clues to piece together the scientific evidence needed to put a criminal mastering behind bars! £10 per child, suitable for 7-11 year olds.

Explore Learning is running 2 FREE workshops at Bournville Community Hub on Tuesday of half term, both designed for 6-9 year olds. Choose from:-

The BFG workshop – enter the imaginative dream-world of Roald Dahl, and unlock your own creativity! Create your own language and you will be whizz-popping in no time! – 12-1pm
Telling the Time workshop – this workshop introduces how time is measured in everything from minutes to months and will also cover the key concepts of time measurement in the National Curriculum. – 1-2pm
Spaces limited to 12 children per workshop. Parents are welcome to sit downstairs in the Hub and enjoy tea and homemade cake whilst the workshops are going on!
